As a Senior Recruiter in our Executive Search practice, you will maintain strong relationships and ongoing contact with candidates in the our industry verticals. Below outlines the opportunity.


  • Build the database through research and data mining to develop a pipeline of active and passive job seekers
  • Screen candidates and present job opportunities, matching the candidates’ interests and employer requirements
  • Prepare all candidates for interviews and manage clients’ interview process
  • Navigate salary expectations and handle offer negotiations
  • Work with hired candidates to ensure on-boarding and placement is successful
  • Navigate fees and rates for services while collaborating with the leadership team
  • Manage the full life-cycle process and establish relationships for future business
  • Work with internal HR teams and recruiters and on-board hired candidates


  • 2+ years full life cycle recruiting – sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • 1+ experience recruiting in financial services or healthcare industry highly preferred
  • 1+ years Sales experience: inside/outside sales, B2B or cold calling a plus
  • Experience with CRM/ATS software
  • Well-spoken and confident, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, with strong writing skills
  • Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented self-starter
  • Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines
  • A creative strategist and resourceful problem solver
